Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The New York State ("NYS") Wallet application is used only for the NYS Wallet program. Once you have downloaded and installed the NYS Wallet application on your device, the Wallet will allow you to download and store digital credentials which you can choose to present to a verifying party for scanning by the NYS Scanner application or similar digital credential scanning applications.
The NYS Wallet application stores digital credentials issued by select NYS agencies enrolled in the program but does not store or access any data outside of these credentials. Furthermore, the NYS Wallet application does not share any information other than the credentials you choose to display. More information about how data is collected, used, and shared by the NYS Wallet application can be found in the privacy policy for the NYS Wallet application and in the authorization to disclose, privacy policy, or any other policies or terms for a digital credential issued by a NYS agency enrolled in the program and downloaded and stored in the NYS Wallet application installed on your device.
